(Ignore title, tried to move this forum to customer support based on someone’s suggestion that replied to this post and then it got moved back to general discussion and I can’t change the title now lol)
So a friend and I were running horrific visions, and for the life of us we could not figure out how to do the revive that allows you to donate half of your sanity to revive the other person as stated in the debuff you get when you lose all of your sanity and die.
Here are some of the things we’ve tried:
- Right clicking my corpse
- Right clicking the ghost
- Right clciking the sanity bar on the party frame
- Tried walking over me.
No articles I found stated how to actually do the revive a party member by donating sanity.
Can someone help explain how to do this, and if we did it right, why did it not work?

In all seriousness, what amount of talents have you put into the talent tree regarding this feature (the big Hourglass to the right of the entrance to the Horrific Visions)? Are you maxed out, haven’t touched it yet?
I generally run these solo myself on a Disc Priest, but I think you’d be better off if we moved this to the Customer Support Forums? I think it used to be you’d have to use one of your three sanity-restoring charges on-top of the person’s corpse, or be running with a friend who had a Resurrection-type spell or item of some description.

I did not mean to post it in this forum. I was trying to post it in the general forum but my posting ability is limited because it has not recognized that I am resubscribed yet. But fair enough maybe I will try to move this post lol.
I have like every talent but two of them, I have the revival orb that gives you sanity back, but everything in the game and on wowhead says that you can revive someone by donating sanity and not using an orb. Because there is also a talent that says “your first revival costs no sanity”
So I was trying to figure out how to do that type of revival.
