My guild is currently progressing Raszageth on Heroic. We have a bit more of a laid back raid team, so not everyone can play their class to its fullest, which is obviously tough for prog.
We are struggling with the Volatile Spark spawns, that need to be interrupted/kicked/stunned/etc. twice.
I was wondering the best way to determine who is, and isn’t doing their part. Details does not display all abilities that are useable to remove these mobs, and it’s tricky to determine, from what I am finding.
Is there a details plug-in, or addon that can help us track if players are using their abilities to kill the sparks? Possibly a way to narrow it down in the logs without having to go through each individual players spell casts.
Any help would be great, thanks!
STOP TELLING ME WHAT TO DO TO KILL THE SPARKS, THAT IS NOT THE QUESTION BEING ASKED
I’m not aware of a way to track literally everything. We’re also progging heroic razza at the moment (we only raid 4hrs a week). The sparks generally aren’t a problem - make sure everyone is using aoe abilities (monk thing, shadowfury, arcane torrent etc) to try and hit multiple ones.
The times they’ve been missed it’s almost always been one of the healers ones. Maybe assign someone to help them out?
If you aren’t logging to warcraft logs, I suggest you start! It’s a great way to break down fights further than details can, and it can be a super valuable tool in your progression.
Why are you posting from a toon in wow classic anyway? If you sincerely need help then you should post on the toon needing help with the parses so that people can go through the stuff and tell you what’s up. There’s literally several guides up on every fight, I refuse to believe that the Wow forum posters would have anything more constructive to teach you than these people without your parses or anything at all to look into.
Warcraftlogs has a position playback that can show both monsters and player positions. You can use that to see the spawns of sparks and their deaths and extrapolate who is doing what they should be
