Hi. I’m trying to start the TBC quest chain for Netherwing Rep. I’ve completely quested SMV, minus the last attunement steps for BT. Everything I’ve read on Wowhead, Wowwiki, and checked on Youtube indicates I should have the Kindness quest available. But when I go to visit Mordenai, he has no quest, is ‘friendly,’ and has a comment about “Will their wings never tire?”
What did I miss, or is this bugged?
