Sometimes it works, sometimes not, sometimes when poped, sometimes when SEF is on cool down
Sef is on the gcd this marco would never work
You would either need to use a modifier or use a cast sequence to allow for two spells on the GCD to fit on the same button. There are probably other ways, but these are the primary two I can think of off the top of my head.
