Help with Macro (Ability by rank)

/cast [modifier:alt] Lightning Bolt(Rank 1); [modifier:ctrl] Lightning Bolt(Rank 2); Lightning Bolt(Rank 3)

For some reason Rank 2 does not work, but rank 1 does with this macro.
Testing this with ‘Healing Wave’ works for all.

If I remember right if you don’t specify a rank it’ll use the highest available.

/cast lightning bolt

Do you have anything else bound to ctrl+this particular key?

Perhaps ctrl auto self cast?
