I’d suggest customer service forums or bug forums… whatever it’s called. I somehow made my chat bar non interactive and couldn’t get details on stuff people linked in chat. I posted there and got a response very quickly from a blue.
Save yourself the stress and just playthrough skyrim again.

That’s why my computer is covered in type-r stickers.
You need to head over to Technical Support. When you post, you need to provide clear information on what you have, what errors (if any) you’re getting. (That’s assuming Windows OS. Apple people don’t tend to give PC specs. 
)

You’ve gotta (at least) give the error message you’re getting.
Doing Classic took just a few minutes if I recall. It’s tiny by today’s standards.

yes using windows and BLZBNTBNA00000005 is the error
Do you have antivirus that might be blocking the program

Its an error with your update system.
First you need to completely shut down the battle.net app. Make sure all processes in your task manager for battle.net is also close.
Second you need to delete your battle.net folder.
Next reopen the battle.net app and let it do any updates it needs.
yeah it does but then it just says waiting once i do that and nothing
try uninstalling battlenet client and reinstalling.
make sure you allow battlenet update agent through your firewall if there is an option to accept or decline, hit accept.
The problem you’re receiving is that your battlenet update agent isn’t communicating with your battlenet client.
yeah i have someone else helping me not sure if its working or not im sure its helping lol i have tried that after each thing he told me to do and it looks like its updating but it just sits there and where it says its dowloading at i will say waiting
