I’ve been using Grid 2 for years, and after the patch it no longer shows my HoTs. I’ve read I have to make a new profile for them to show up (which I did test on my other account with my baby druid and they did indeed show up..) My issue is my main profile I have the colors set in a way that makes it easier for me to see as I have sight issues…and quite honestly I don’t remember how I set them as I did it a long time ago..
Is there a way to get my HoTs to show back up without creating a whole new profile?
Yeah, Grid2 is probably the most convoluted and unintuitive addon I have ever used and this also made me mental trying to figure out how to get them to show. I finally figured out why though… Turns out it’s a really, really terrible default setting that’s simple to fix…
Under Statuses > Buffs > Relevant there is a bunch of check boxes on the General tab and the one selected is “Buffs relevant for your class (light version)” - Uncheck that and select the one above it “Buffs relevant for your class” and waalaa…. all your buffs and hots appear again… You may want to also go to your Indicators > buffs-icons> Layout Tab settings and change the “Max icons" and “Icons per row” slider settings too which is another incredibly stupid default setting of 2 or something. I had to change mine to 4 or 5 so it would show all of them.
