Can anyone help me figure this out? I have the quest “Keep an Eye Out” where I have to kill Bloodsail mobs to get Dizzy’s Eye. But I’m also on a series of quests where the Bloodsail Buccanneers have taken me in and I’m a pirate with them so all the mobs are green to me?!?
In my reputations, it says I’m hated with them and at war, but they’re still green to me.
I cant seem to find any more quests in the BB line and I also can’t complete the eye quest so now I’m stuck and don’t know what to do. I’m just trying to finish the Cape of Stranglethorn questlines for loremaster.
Can you not abandon whatever quest is making you friendly with them and pick it up again later? Or just finish them and go back to the eye one?

I would have thought so, but I literally don’t have any other quests but the one for Dizzy’s Eye right now. My quest log is completely clear. And I do have an icon (like a buff) saying the BB’s have taken me in, but it wont go away when I right-click it, I can’t dispell it. I have no idea.
Look around the beach/ships south of Booty Bay. I’m pretty sure that’s where you’re supposed to be with the friendly Bloodsail people. Or find that NPC north of BB again (the one who asks you for the Tauren’s head) and see if you forgot to pick up the next quest from them.
Make sure you’re still tracking trivial quests, if it got disabled somehow.

Okay, thanks. I looked all around Booty Bay but I didnt think to go back there. I’ll go check all the ships too. I thought I checked them but maybe I missed something.
Edit: Yep, it seems I missed a quest deep in the bowels of one of the ships. Let’s see where it goes from here! Thanks for your help!
