Help w/ Gaming mouse Friendly with amutation

Hello,

I am currently using a Death Adder Mini mouse, but I have recently had fingers amputated after nearly dying. I am looking for a gaming mouse that can work with my right hand which had the amputation. So far, I am able to use the current mouse for now, but I should look for something that works better once the bandages come off so not to irritate my skin / remaining parts of fingers.

Available fingers, thumb, pointer, middle finger, half ring and third of a pinky finger.

Logitech g600! it’s such a great MMO mouse

Is that a three-button mouse on top? I see a lot of buttons on the thumb side which I assume are programable? Never have used a mouse with thumb buttons before.

actually the razer naga might be better for you. the logitech has a right modifier button used by the ring finger. the naga doesn’t have that button.

yes in both the naga and the g600 the thumbpad is programmable

Thank you, looks like the Razer Naga X might work as the ring finger would be able to rest on that third area instead of on the side of my current mini. Would have to get use to the thumb buttons.

Excuse me, by modifier button do you mean you can do shift, alt, and/or control on your mouse??

im using a onn. mouse that was like 14$ and it has two side buttons

I use the Razer Naga Trinity which has 3 changeable sides ranging from 3, 6, and 9 buttons for whichever is most comfortable for you.

G604 here. Love it.

I use the Redragon M908 Impact. It’s also an MMO gaming mouse with a programmable thumbpad. I prefer it because it’s larger and also has a weighted cartridge that you can customize to preference.

kind of, they call it the G-shift, and it extends the thumbpad to a different set of keybinds, so you basically have 24 buttons on your thumb

I use a corsair scimitar which is another mmo mouse like those suggested here (logitech g600, razer naga). I personally had my razer naga wear out after a year, while the scimitar has lasted me the last 9 and going strong. Would recommend. Can’t speak for the logitech mouse but I am sure it is equivocal.

That’s awesome, I was thinking of getting a 3-key footpad bound to ctrl shift and alt, but wouldn’t need that many (or remember what that many buttons do lol). The 12 extra on the mouse seems super useful.

What about the Glorious Model O or D it’s light weight

This was a Christmas gift this year. I love it so far. It feels great, keeps my hand relaxed, and pretty cost efficient.
