If you have received/ receive and invite please post your invite date/time and your approx account creation date.
It would be nice too see when the invites start to come for 2005 start dates.

Thank you for the post. People are assuming 2005s have started, so far not much evidence. I think there’s still a lot of 2004 accounts uninvited.

I got my beta access at about 5:45pm central yesterday.
I was day one active in vanilla. I had purchased a wow token on the retail AH 5 min before and used the token to add 30days play time. No idea if related but it was literally what I did right before noticing access to beta.

What is anyone’s basis for claiming that they are sending out invitations based on how old the players account is?
Almost everyone on these forums who has posted that they are in, when questioned, owned an account dating back to launch day 2004.
Maybe first few waves are getting the classic players, then will grab some of us? Not sure how they do it with the waves.

Beta client popped up on launcher drop-down yesterday 5/16 around 9pm PST
Account created 11/04 (a few days after launch)
Sub has been steady since then with 2 lapses of a few months each.
Husband and I both received invites last night (between 6-7pm PST), both accounts created in Dec 2004. Never received an email.
Blizzard said that they would be sending out beta invites based on how long a player has been subscribed to the game if you read the offical announcement of Classic

Yes and then they claim that they are not using that, and only could uses it depending on circumstances. Gm told me directly that account age has no bearing on who get’s chosen. Which is bull since clearly on 2004ers have gotten in so far…barring streamers of course.
