Help Upgrading

Do you actually HAVE an EU wow license? All I’m seeing on this one is a NA license.

An EU license can live quite happily alongside a NA license on your Battlenet, no matter which it is - but it’s not going to allow you to upgrade a region that isn’t present.

Do you have another Battletag where your EU license is - and are you sure that’s the one you are going through for the upgrade?

Yeah my EU license is on another battle net account. when i go onto the EU store and click that i want to buy Shadowlands it auto selects the EU license for me because it’s my only EU account

Ok, I am seeing these attempts, so yes - it is getting through to the payment system - but they all failed.

Why - that I can’t tell from the information I have, although I do see one declined in the mix - so this very well may be something on your institutions end that they just aren’t honoring the request. Just the sheer number of times this was attempted can sometimes set off red flags with your bank/card.

One common misconception is that if your sub goes through - purchases will. Banks often categorize different types of purchases very differently.

The suggestion to call your card/bank/provider is what I’d also suggest.

I do see your ticket, but if this is on their side, I’m not sure there is a lot we can do from ours to help.

I have tried two different cards from two different banks at this point tho and still get the same error message

would you recommend at this point i just wait for my ticket?

Yes, but as I said - if they can see this is coming from your institution’s end, that may be something you need to sort out with them.

Might be worth a phone call while you wait on your ticket - just ask them. It came up as failed, so they should have some record of the request.
