Help Understanding Winmtr Results

Hey all:

I’m trying to interpret these results. I get that there is some major packet loss, but I’m a little out of my element trying to diagnose it (bad network adapter?). Prior to running this test, I’ve gone though all the usual steps (update drives, reinstall, flush dns, new IP, restart router, etc) to try and fix some big reoccurring lag. I’m on wif but my connection is strong. I am was playing on the Tichondrius server in the Dawnbreaker dungeon when I ran the test. Playing for CA bay area. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
