Is there a help sign like a traffic cone I can place on a road to alert people that I need help in a nearby area
Why would you put a sign when you can just use the /1 chat?

Only on timeless Isle, seen people put them around Hulon spawn (for example. )
I think that is the only zone that has such an item?
There are three sign toys you can get, that let you drop them anywhere. Each of them has a different set of messages you can write on them:
