So I am looking to acquire these boots for a mog however they are dropped from a quest in the Lost Isles called “Zombies vs Superbooster Rocket Boots.” Is there a way to get to the Lost Isles as an Orc Hunter? Or is there another way to get these or am I SOL? Any help is appreciated! Thanks
No, since the quest is only available in the Goblin starter area.
The starting areas for the races added in Cataclysm are completely inaccessible to any race other than the intended races. To get that specific transmog, you’ll have to start a Goblin character to at least that point.
However, WowHead shows several alternatives to that specific item with the same model that are probably more accessible than that, if you don’t feel like trying out the Goblin starting experience on a mail-wearing new Goblin character.

Thanks for the response…I ended up just making a Goblin and leveling him. Took till about level 14 to get the quest. About 2 hours. Not to bad
