I got the cool twenty years achievement and haven’t gotten the mount reward in my bags and yes log out and in nothing

You should probably contact customer service; Here in general discussion you’re only going to get trolled by the same 4-5 guys that troll every other post.

I think it goes straight into the collection. Did you search your mount tab for it?

It’s not in your bags anymore:

This was hotfixed, it now goes directly into your mount journal instead of your inventory. Just gets listed as an existing mount, doesn’t show up at the top to be opened or anything.

yes I found it in the mount collection I had to search coldflame
