Help: pandaria enchanting leveling stuck

need advice/help:

  • I just got back into the game and I’m currently leveling my pandaria enchanting. I’m stuck at level 20 and i need 5 more levels to get the next recipe from the trainer, but the two recipes that I have are already greyed out. What do I have to do to get the next 5 levels?

Have you tried finding a new recipe, or getting trained at the trainer? You can find recipes on the AH.

Have you tried recipes off of vendors, or off of the AH?

The enchanting trainer, Lai the Spellpaw, is in the tower at the northern end of Dawn’s Blossem in the Jade forest. At skill 1 you can learn 8 recipes from her. At skill 10 you can learn 1 additional recipe. Since you said that you only have 2 recipes I would think that you haven’t learned from her yet. Also, if the character you are posting on is the one with enchanting, you get a +10 enchanting bonus so your recipes stay red/yellow/green for 10 levels more than normal.

The only MoP enchanting recipes that come off a vendor are end game recipes that required revered with the Shado-Pan or The August Celestials. The rest are learned by the trainer.

Solved

Under the “filter” drop down box of the trainer for recipes, the “Available” box was not checked off so I could not see the available recipes to purchase. After checking off the “Available” box I was able to see all the recipes that I was missing.

  • Lai the Spellpaw only gave me 2 recipes at skill level one. I’m at level 20 right now and I cannot purchase anymore recipes from Lai. This is after the revamp of professional after BFA.

Have you tried googling the wow professions leveling guides? I think they are making updates to the guides under the new tier system, might have some suggestions for getting past the tricky parts.
