I hit 70 on my Warrior yesterday and started grinding AV. This is my first time PvPing in TBCC. I’m confused as to what I’m supposed to do with my honor seeing as how Season 2 just ended. Is some of the gear discounted now and should I buy it or wait? I’d really appreciate any and all help with this. Thank you!
Congrats on 70! There is a vendor at Area 52 where you can purchase season 1 arena gear with honor points and BG tokens.

The gear that just got discounted was season 2 gear. Which you can buy with arena points.
Season 1 (which was discounted via arena points prior to today) became discounted further starting today requiring honor and BG tokens.
Depending on how you want to gear you Warrior I would recommend saving your honor to purchase. S3 off pieces. If you get bored of BG grind do some normal rep runs to get revered and each faction sells one piece of blue PvP gear which is very close in stats to S1 gear.
These are due to be lowered to honored to match old S3, so here’s hoping
So, as of right now you have some options for spending your honor and marks.
Blue pvp items are sold in Stormwind and Orgrimmar these are equal to the reputation pvp items you can buy if revered with TBC factions, very cheap to buy with honor now but fairly outdated.
Off piece epics are sold in Stormwind and Orgrimmar, bracer, cloak, necklace, ring, boot, belt, these change based on season and S3 will start in the coming weeks bringing a stronger variant out to purchase. Consider buying the ones available now only if you really like the appearance or plan on PVPing so much that you’ll have enough marks and honor by the time S3 starts (I would just wait for S3).
Area 52 will sell S1 chest, shoulders, helm, pants, gloves and various weapons and class specific relics like a paladins libram, these will be the very best pvp items you can get without stepping into Arena, cost about double what the blue pvp items in Stormwind will cost 19k honor for a 2h for example.
Enjoy your time throwing down in pvp, now is a great time to start.
Buy the S1 arena gear for honor. Blues are obsolete. Don’t buy any veteran items because they are about to be replaced with vindicator when S3 drops.
S2 off pieces are half off for 2 weeks before they disappear, so there is some value to them if you’re trying to gear a character quickly and have it ready for s3 arena point gains early on.
