Hello. In legion I got some mage tower appearances. After legion I played rbgs with my pally and unlock the 10 win rbg tint. Today I was playing with my Druid and got 10 rbgs win (the Druid that got the appearance in legion) and it didn’t unlock the bear appearance. After that I also realized that I already got the balance and feral rbg tint, but I don’t have the bear one. Is that a bug? Or I need to do rbgs as guardian?
Obs: I have the rbg tint for feral and balance from a long time.

Have you by any chance played as multiple Druids either when playing the Mage Tower during Legion or the RBGs any time after? To be 100% clear, the base “challenge” appearance on the left is account wide once unlocked, but the very same toon that unlocked the base appearance needs to be used to unlock color variations.
Spec no longer matters for earning any of the appearances (although it did for certain conditions when Legion first launched).
Have you tried equipping the Guardian artifact weapon then going to the Order Hall and mousing over the RBG color variation to see what it tells you about the conditions being met?

I only have and had that Druid from a long time. The same Druid got all mage tower appearances. I also equip all the weapon artifacts, and nothing happened.
I saw something on Reddit that I have to be Transmoged with the artifact weapon when playing rbgs, is that true?
I don’t think so, no. At least it’s not true for the dungeon/raid unlocks. Only thing I can think of that would prevent you from getting one spec’s appearances when you have the others is that you didn’t unlock the base appearance for that spec. Are you sure you did the Guardian mage tower in Legion?
Has to be on the same character that beat the mage tower in Legion.
I’m 200% sure! I also played many many time as guardian in legion with the mage bear form. And I only had that Druid.
Oh no you don’t have to. But you might have to go to your class hall and activate the appearance on your artifact weapon before it shows up as transmog. That has happened to me before.
Strange. When you go back the artifact altar in your order hall, is the appearance there to be selected with those little boxes?
Yes it is there, but the black color (rbg one) is locked.
Hmm…but the balance and feral ones are unlocked? I have no idea why it would do that. Have you relogged that character since you got the unlock?
Feral and balance also were unlock from a long time ago… and I never realized that. Only the guardian one didn’t unlock
Oh, maybe you just haven’t actually gotten enough RBG wins to unlock the bear one (if you did that mage tower after you got the other two)? I’m not sure how that works.
That is definitely not true for the 10 RBG wins one, but the 1000 Honor Kills one originally had stricter conditions. People might be getting those mixed up.
When you mouse over the RBG one, does it tell you how many RBGs you have won out of 10?
Is the base challenge appearance on the far left of the row definitely unlocked?
It’s possible that someone could finish the Feral and Balance Towers, do 2 RBGs, then finish the Guardian Tower, then do 8 RBGs and only have Feral and Balance RBG tints unlocked (because the RBGs wins do not count retroactively when you unlock the base challenge form). I am not sure if the OP did anything like that, though.

I thought they made it that you dont have to be on a specific spec. But when I unlocked mine I was on guard spec (this has been awhile so my memory can be really bad at best) but can’t remember if I was using the wearbear tmog on it
