HELP- I can't continue with 9.1 Questline

Hi Community,

Does anyone face a bug with Venari quest " Ease of Passage" , I picked up bag debuff used the teleporter but quest still marks Animaflow Teleporter Used as next step, I reached Venari refugee and she has a dialogue but once i reach her position nothing happens.

I couldn’t play last days and now i got this bug T.T

I already closed games, /reload, open a ticket, disable all addons…Looking for people that faced same bug, since this look like a beta testing on live server.

Hi Darkun!

To the left of Venari is a glowing apparatus. Click that and you’re on your way!

^^ Try this! If it doesn’t work, abandon the quest and pick it up again. That usually fixes things.

I found a couple of things that cause a bug.
If you have a pet out, put it away as people say that causes it to be buggy and they end up not being able to deliver the bag.

Also, one poster wrote:
"Several of my friends and I seemingly had trouble with this quest.

We had to go back and forth between the portals several times before we arrived with the bag in our arms.
After ping-ponging back 3 or 4 times, we were able to turn it in to Ve'nari at her refuge.

I wish I could be of more help. The only thing I can think of is to abandon the quest, summon and then dismiss your pet, and try it once more. There is nothing more annoying than having to wait for a GM to respond to a ticket : /

Do you have any add ons? If so, try disabling them, log off and on again.

Sorry, I just reread your post and saw that (: Only other thing I’ve seen is the pet thing, and I assume you did click on the pillow thing on the ground.

yes, but i saw that comment on wowhead and dismiss my pet before picking the quest and tried to do all the stuff, once i reach Venari refugee, I’ll assume quest should update from Animaflow teleported used to the next step.

UPDATE:

Ok i just restarted game for a second time without quest on log, i picked it and when i reached refugee it was completed corresponding. I spent like an hour trying, i discarded alt+f4 since i did it once.

Thanks Community, I’ll keep ticket , so they can check this quest

I ended up restarting the game after i abandoned the quest. It worked for me after that.

I’m going to recommend to people who find this thread again later when they’re having issues:

Exit the game, delete your cache folder, log back in and try again.

That pesky folder can cause all sorts of issues sometimes.

Disable ElvUI and dismiss your pets.

I figured out how to fix it, disable all addons, then exit while within the quest, when she teleports over then take it. for some.
