I know only I can answer this question but maybe someone could sway me one way or the other.
I’ve decided to disregard racials and only go with aesthetics but between orc female and male troll I simply can’t make up my mind. Female orc randomly conjures an arrow for bow which is blah but I think she would look way better next to her pet. Troll on the other hand has better animations but I’m not sure if it’s gonna look to large next to a cat or raptor. Any thoughts?

Trolls have great bow animations. You can change your pet around.
I don’t think there is much of a size difference between orc and troll. You’re going to be staring at the back of your character for days of /played so if you truly like troll look more I’d lean that way.

Even if you don’t care about racials, if you are on a PvP server and these are your choices, Orc Female.
I went with orc hunter for mine, I remember having mine back in the day and liking the racials for them, and loving that long ponytail. 
They also look great in the armor 
That 25% stun resistance as a hunter I can only imagine how key that is. Not sure if the talent sure footed includes stun resist, but coupled with that? I’d be unstunnable 
I do not know, as I’m in a similar boat. I’m going Hunter but can’t decide on which faction. Orc Hunter seems really cool aesthetically - and it’d be epic to ride a wolf with a pet wolf running alongside me. Wolfpack! But I’m going RP-PvP and my gut instinct is telling me that due to superior cities, Alliance probably has more common RP, and I really want immersion this time around.
Do they stack? I hadn’t really looked through survival for Hunter and never noticed that talent… 40% stun resists would be hella strong.
I could see NE hunter offering a lot from an RP standpoint for sure. Horde has a cool, hardened from the elements vibe
Aesthetically. I just cant get past those goofy troll feet. It looks like a jim henson muppet. After 5 levels of staring at them i always end up rerolling.
Exactly. NE seems lore rich. But I like Horde hunter since like you said they have a more hardened from the elements of vibe, which is what a hunter is. I could just see being an orc Hunter in the rain in the wetlands hunting down alliance. But I don’t want to miss out on stormwind rp festivities. Well I guess I’ll choose soon.
As for you, I mean female orcs are pretty rare if that matters. I think they are cool aesthetically and I would maybe roll one if I identified more with it. So maybe go with the one you relate to more. Or just play both until Level 10 and see which one feels best. I think for people like us maybe our issue is overthinking.

Yeah, I was just thinking that the way trolls shoot sideways is pretty cool.
I decided on Alliance since they supposedly have more RP, and went with a Night Elf. But honestly?.. I’m having a crisis over the character customization. 
Trolls have way better options
Orcs are meaty and good at beating stuff up. Trolls are kind of gangly and not really intimidating. Hunters melee again so you might want to go with the race that can actually layeth the smacketh down on those puny elves
