Help - How to prevent psychic scream from face pulling every mob

Is psychic scream back to having enemies run straight into mob packs and pulling the entire zone again? Prior to patch 11.1, psychic scream didn’t send the enemies running. Is there a talent I missed?

Thanks for any assistance.

There’s a talent that causes feared mobs to stand in place. Petrifying scream.

I guess reading is hard :laughing: I missed that talent.

I honestly like Tentacles as a more-reliable CC spell but it’s in a worse spot on the tree.
