A long time in vanilla much longer then retail without the auto DC or that’s how it was back in the day. In Retail it’s like what? 15 or 10 min and you auto log in Vanilla i think it was like + an hour or more.
Get a keyboard program set(Like what Razer offers) up a system where holding down the spacebar makes your character repeatedly jump. So you never go afk. Done.

I know during Vanilla it was at least 30 minutes. Even today, its at least 15.

Variations on this theme were used by many to stay logged in to avoid queues back in the day.
IIRC running into a corner also kept you logged in and a book propped over a key with maybe something under it to press it was all it took.
