Did I jump the gun on a full reinstall? Am I losing my settings for nothing?

If you are still seeing red realms, try restarting your client and launcher, both.

i still have same problem after doing that.i am playing from mac tho
tried everything still same issue

What version is your launcher showing for the game? Mine is showing 8.3.0.34220.
Edit to change version as it just updated again.

my realm bloodhoof is incompatible in bfa wow and I cant log on to my characters

Same realm, same problem…
It should update just by restarting but if it doesn’t try and check for downloads manually.
For Mac:
With the WoW tab open in the Blizzard App, select Options > Check for Updates
- Restart the Blizzard Application
- Ensure Agent is closed.
- Close out the Blizzard Desktop Application
- Open your Activity Monitor
- Look for Agent and hit QuitProcess if present.
- Reopen the Blizzard Desktop Application and allow it to update
- Run the Scan and Repair tool.
If the issue continues or does not download, please create a new topic in the Technical Support forum with the attempted steps and we’ll attempt to assist!
To confirm if you have the most recent game build (which realms will show available), you should see Version 1.13.4.34219 in-game during the login process.

Duskwood is incompatible as well.
All solutions attempts tried, minus the repair. Duskwood and Bloodhoof remain incompatible.
Unfortunately, no resolution will help there until it is resolved on our side. Duskwood and Bloodhoof are having trouble picking up the update. It is being worked on.

hey I restarted the computer I checked for updates with the tool in battle net launcher I used the scan and repair tool I have shut down the computer still wont work I checked the rest of the realms and duskwood isn’t working either
Having same issue, all realms are good but duskwood and bloodhoof. Have restarted and uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
You should have waited,

I have restarted my whole entire computer. Still incompatible.
If you click the blizz tags to the right of the post you can jump to additional blue posts to find the latest.
The Duskwood and Bloodhoof realms appear not to have picked up the latest update. It is being worked on.
