I had a priest in a dungeon yesterday who had a really pretty sparkle effect and I’m trying to find it. It looked very similar to loot sparkles (I tried to loot her multiple times). It lasted the entire length of a Shadowfang keep run, persisted through combat and damage. She had on a white robe. She may have been slightly translucent. She was holy.
Things I have ruled out: shoe shine, armor polish, Thaumaturgist’s Orb, & the pearl. It doesn’t look like its a glyph. It’s not either of the wand sparkles.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

[Power Word: Shield] has a sparkle VFX tied to it along with the Bubble, could it have been that?
No. It was on through 100% of the run with 0 downtime and only on her. It was definitely not tied to a specific priest spell.
There are a couple of toys that give your character a sparkle effect.
and
For Alliance there is also a shoe shine NPC in Boralus that will give your feet a similar effect for a duration.
Don’t forget about https://www.wowhead.com/item=112321/enchanted-dust
I throw that on people all the time. It’s hilarious.
Appreciate the effort but neither of those are it. The effect in question lasts at least 13 minutes, but I am under the impression it was a permanent part of her transmog.
If it is a toy, it lasts 20+ min, all 5 min effects are ruled out.
There was a JC related sparkle thing back in Cata, IIRC.
I’m not finding anything about this. if anyone else has more info let me know.
I have also ruled out “Tabard of the Lightbringer”
Celestial Observers Ensemble maybe?

Some toys have a long duration, especially older ones
My ogre costume has like a 5 minute cd and a ten minutemduration
There’s a trinket dropped by the Pandaria rare Omnis Grinlok called Golden Fleece that gives you a chance to loot bonus gold from mobs, and you sparkle like an unlooted corpse (there’s a sentence I never thought I’d type out) with it equipped.
What did the sparkles look like? Folks have listed just about everything I can think of that sparkles…
Was it isolated to any portion of the person’s model or was it encapsulating them?
It could also have been multiple toys and consumables stacked, and most consumables can be reapplied before they run out
@Justarian I was sure this was going to be the what it was based on your description however that trinket causes gold piles to show on the floor on a 10% chance. No gold piles showed up in our dungeon run and I think the odds of 10% failing over an entire dungeon is not plausible.
@Vadimier. They were very reminiscent of loot sparkles but they were slightly more golden as opposed to white. Slightly larger in size than loot sparkles. it came from their chest, their back, or perhaps their weapon. center mass on the character pretty much.
@Battlemaster it is none of those but thank you for your effort.
edit: I’m re looking at enchanting dust. the comments say it can be used on the move and while mounted. its possible she was able to use it unnoticed. I’m going to go look at it in game and see what it looks like. This may be it.
edit 2: After jumping through some hoops to be able to make it, turns out it was 100% enchanted dust. theres no animation, no cast time, nothing. Now I just have to figure out how to put myself in enough draenic dust to last a lifetime.
Thank you to everyone who helped. Dingringding and Battlemaster are the winners.

Just a side note (since you’ve already found the solution YAY!) but many times, things like this can only be seen by the person able to loot them/causing them to appear.
The Enchanting Dust rocks and I adore it.
Thankfully Draenic Dust isn’t hard to come by. ![ ](https://d38bqls1q93fod.cloudfront.net/en/wow/images/emoji/twitter/slight_smile.png?v=12)
the comments on that item say it shows up for everyone and anyone can loot the gold piles. I have no idea if that’s factual or not obviously, just what I read.
