Problem I’ve found is this happens when I hit Edit Mode:

I’ve deleted my Interface, WTF and Cache folders.
Have you gone into edit mode and clicked on it to bring up the box where you can resize it?
Check the wago site daily for class and role ui setups you can view and import as needed.
It’s empty right now, but they have it set up to add them as they get them.
Yeah mine is like screen sized and cant be moved. Somethings gone funky. I like your setup, may stea… copy it when i get things working.
How do you move the XP and Rep bars?

OKAY. HERE. I figured it OUT.
DISABLE all your ADDONS. And then set up your interface.
And it WORKS.
You can gimme lotsa kissieseesss now.
Unfortunately, those can’t be moved yet. 
I’m looking, but I can’t find anything on this (and my cat keeps attacking my mouse arm). Checked the beta forums?
Yeah i just got that advice from my guildies too. That works. I had to go back and reset some of my more needed addons, (gtfo, ect) one by one to see which were screwing with me.
Mine does something similar; and if I /reload ui it fixes it, have you tried that?
Reload hasn’t fixed it, no.
Which addon is the one messing with it? If you find it, let me know and I’ll do the same. 
You must have an addon doing that. It’s normally at the bottom right, near the character and other buttons. It goes away when you enter the instance.
This needs highlighting. Maybe it can be quoted in the OP, so everyone sees it at the top.
Edit: Duh, it’s there in the OP. Maybe Red can point an arrow at it or something for blind folks like me.
I had to shut off a few, at the moment im only running GTFO, Muteannoyingwowsounds (a godsend) MapCoords, and DBM.
Done.

Make sure you disable all your addons. Some of them seem to interfere with setting up the UI.
Is there a way to use the same UI for all characters? or do you have to do each seperatly?
