Please tell me someone had the answer to this question!?
I’ve literally tried everything I could think off and/or research on Google…there has to be a simple way to do this.
I have had this yprobalem for years but previously got around the issue by using a Merc Zboard to play WoW on, however, I recently came back to WoW and discovered that at some point they stopped updating the drivers for the Zboard. Shame too as it was an AMAZING asset for those of use that love keybinds but not on our mouse.
Anyways, to so far the things I’ve tried doing to disable Alt Tab is download Auto Hot Key. Not only does it not work but I’m afraid of getting in trouble w Blizz for running a script in the background.
I’ve even tried deleting it in the registry but can’t seem to get that to work.
5000 gold and my eternal thanks to anyone that can help make this happen for me
P.s. Blizz should just have this as an in game option as most players use tab to Target and alt for keybinds!

Yeah Windows 10 shot that one down, and sadly I used that same Keyboard, man it was so good when you got used to it, my brother called it cheating it was so OP at putting everything at your literal finger tips, I miss it so much, I tried many work around’s with Win XP which wasn’t the best solution, then Win 10 happened and that was that, but sadly I do not know how to disable alt-tab.

I’d like to know why you need to disable alt+tab while you play WoW? 
I play in windowed mode so alt+tab is even easier to do.

It’s super easy to accidently alt tab completely out of WoW since alt is used for the targeting system and a lot of my keybinds use the alt modifier.
For example alt 1-6 I usually try to bind slightly less frequent binds like my warriors party buffs, shouts, etc but since the alt key is very close to the tab key and I have large hands and fingers, it’s very easy for me to occasionally accidently tab out of wow while just trying to use a spell or ability.
It’s definitely an issue even if it doesn’t happen often it’s super annoying.
Also, I don’t like playing in Windowed mode.
Sure thing, Zboard was the best thing since sliced bread and since there is literally zero competition in the market for gaming keyboards I can’t understand why they stopped updating. I understand that the og company was bought out but still, I’d imagine there still being quite a demand for gaming exclusive keyboards.
People go apreshiggy over gaming mouse and they aren’t remotely as useful as Zboard, in my very humblest of opinion. Makes no sense to my brain.
Hopefully this thread will catch somebody that has been in our place that has an answer.
Also, If I discovere anything I’ll try and remember to let you know.
