You haven’t given us any information to help you troubleshoot the issue. Collect a network test or at least tell us what type of internet you use (mobile, cable, Fiber, etc.).

I don’t know if the information here will help. It was all ok until past few days. The lag in both home/world will increase to at least 1K and game freeze. And sometime, the menu still work but not casting/moving.

My internet is all except for Wow. I did all the rename of interface, cache and WTF file and rerun like that said but it still the same.

A network test would be a WinMTR or PingPlotter.

Past few days I have been trying ways to check my internet, router and even to the extend to reinstall the game. And it came to the conclusion that it is happening to only blizzard games like Wow, overwatch and hearthstone. The game will just freeze and eventually disconnect. It happened to all 3 computers in the family. So i believe this is no longer game issue.

There is nothing wrong with other games we play or watch like netflix/youtube. It is just blizzard. We are out of wits.
