Help can't start Chapter 6/9 chains of domination

Keeper of renown says in need to be level 50 in order to start the quest, I’m level 58 (renown). Quest log says I need to be lvl 58, I already am.

Also I noticed you’re maldraxxus. Did you do the little bonus quest they have inside the Seat of the Primus?

Yes, I just did once were you need to hear something that Draka says, and other 2 guys.

Did you do the quest where you look for the missing archivist guy in Korthia? I’m unsure if that causes any issue I just know the Dreadlords are involved with that one. So maybe you have to do that quest once on a toon

Cuz my alts after Rosenivy got to do the venthyr stuff regardless of that quest being done

I did the one where Draka is margrave now, then went to Revendreth, was about to start chapter 6, talked to a guy over some sort of tower, then nothing My quest log says I need to Earn renown 58 to continue Campaign

Was that by the Naaru and where Denathrius’s sword is?

And just for context this Necrolord is at 58 renown

Okay this toon doesn’t have a kill on Denathrius yet so I’m getting a “Learn of Sire Denathrius’s fate from Prince Renathal”

Watched the cutscene that explains whats up with the naaru and the sword ( aka I skipped it cuz I’ve seen it already )

Next quest Renathal gives is called Convoy of the Covenants. Where you’re told to gather the Envoys and ride to Dominance Keep

Did you do that or is this quest not popping up for you?
