Help! 700G Enchant NOT Working! Fake Mongoose?

Help!
I just have someone enchanted “Mongoose” to my off-hand dagger “Feltooth Eviscerator”-a lvl70 epic dagger. However, I have never seen it proc once. I have tested it many times, the agility in the stats table didn’t increase either.
Also I didn’t get the visual effect of the “mongoose” on my dagger.

Could some1 check it please? Did I get the fake one? Crying…

you sure the enchant went through? on Layered realms, trades can randomly cancel. It’s been bugged since day 1 of layered realms.

Yes, it has the green mongoose text on my weapon. IDK how to share the screenshot, otherwise I can show you.
