Helm of endless rage or helm of wrath

For tanking, i was told the stats on rage helm made it way better for wrath helm. Want to hear other opinions

Endless Rage is better for threat set or Fury tanking Wrath for more defensive setup, you probably want both and will wear them both for different bosses/roles.
