<Hellscreams Kitchen> - (Parody) Upcoming Restaurant: Menu in Comments

((I created this guild after reading other posts about how players want more than just endless heroes.))

While visiting the local inn in your area, you come across a flier posted by the vendors and cooks:

Are you a weary Hero tired of the ordeals of the adventuring life and seeking a relaxing atmosphere to relax and indulge in?

Are you an aspiring noble seeking to travel abroad and experience culture in all its flavors?

Are you an eager beginner cook looking to enhance your experiences and cater to the needs of voracious customers or elite of society?

Come on down to ‘Hellscreams Kitchen’ to experience a new taste that is trending across all races of life.

I am your Head Chef, Gerden Remsai, and i am making it my goal to acquire all there is to know in the culinary arts and provide to you a taste of Azeroth and beyond.

I will tantalize your tastebuds, spice up your senses, and fill your body and soul with every flavor known, and some waiting to be discovered.

Come for the dining experience of your life.

(Parties larger than 6 must book by appointment only. Holiday reservations require RSVP as seating is limited. Location’s vary month after month.)

Hellscreams Kitchen - (Parody Restaurant) - A culinary guild designed solely with the intent to acquire ingredients for every dish across Azeroth and beyond. To learn every recipe known in the Cooking profession. And to serve up in a comfortable dining experience for all players to indulge in.

Due to the nature of our ever changing month by month menu, our goal is to serve across different hubs to provide players the chance to travel for a comfortable eating/relaxing experience. (From Stormwind to Dalaran, Pandaria to Draenor, and even beyond into the realms of Death itself. Travel is a must.)

We also provide catering services to specific events/operations and must be reserved two weeks in advance to ensure members are given correct notice prior to involvement.

(Tip are appreciated for the work the guild members put into this experience.)(/emote purchases are free, but actual food delivery/itemized products will have a price tag to be paid upfront before seating. *Master Chef’s will cater to collection for the guild vault.)

(Gathering materials is serious time consuming/life threatening work.)

Rankings:

Head Chef - As the head cook and director of Hellscreams Kitchen it is my responsibility to provide a select menu selection month by month. Locations will be provided and resources gathered to cater to either /emote or real meal roleplaying experences.

Master Chef - A selection of candidates that would operate in place of the Head Chef absence ensuring the selected menu options are provided for each designated period. The Master Chef ensures smooth communication between our Kitchen and Front of House staff.

Station Chef - Depending on the menu, there will be a select chef for each variant of meals provided. Fish or Meat (Roast, Grill, Fry) Pastry, Pantry, Vegetable. All station chefs report to the Master Chef.

Porter - The porter is the supply and clean up employee responsible for managing inventory and resource counts. In the event that we run out of a particular product the Porter will ensure the Head Chef is notified to ensure a supply chain or endeavor is created to resume operations.

Bartender - We would have three bartenders who each cater to a specific time of day and the needs of the customer. Bartenders must be fluent in numerous beverages provided by local taps and breweries to ensure a continuous flow of wine/spirits/and beer. An excellent social skill is required to engage the customer/guest without bias.

Host - The Front of House manager who is responsible for seating and accommodations for each guest. Providing a warm reception from arrival to departure. The Host ensures that guest appointments are tracked and we are able to still serve non reservation guests in the event of a no-show on the customers part.

Server - It is the responsibility of the server to ensure meals are taken from each station and provided to the correct customer. Server requirements include excellent memory, guest service, and accommodating personality.

Waiter/Waitress - The front of each engagement between the guests. It is the duty of the Waiter or Waitress to take account of the needs/desires of each customer and provide to the best of their abilities. All orders are to be forwarded to the respected Station Chef where drinks are sent to the bartender. An excellent customer service persona is required.

Trainees - Hirees eager to get a first hand experience in the culinary program. Often they will train with a selected Waiter/Waitress and observe our guest experience process to ensure we provide only the best reception to every customer.

Hellscreams Kitchen will operate on a weekly basis, not a continuous operation. Times when we are in operation will be listed along with a location and information as to who will be working where. All further details will be posted on the Rotor/Schedule.

Questions can be forwarded to our Master Chef’s to ensure resolutions are speedy and fair.

(The guild operates as a side operation for players interested in an alternative experience/Alts or who are considering pursuing work in the food industry in the real world.)

(Members may choose to operate with a selected hero/avatar that works part-time or a full-time character that specializes in food preparation.) (Please inform the Head Chef in the event that you are unable to participate in any guild activities on selected dates.)

Love this idea! I am personally a sucker for parodies!

When you are up and running I would love to add it the Public Realm Event calendar I run.

You can also advertise your IC business on The Society Circle’s discord at discord.gg/TYyDmaeBKR

I look forward to this!

The month of December is solely for recruiting as well as getting players involved. Those who wouldn’t mind once a week to partake in the cooking/hospitality industry; either on a main character or an alt that specializes in this endeavor.

In January, as a delight towards the end of the Warcraft Anniversary, i thought that our first menu should bring to light some of our most classic and old fashioned recipies. To really draw in the customer to the memory of Vanilla Wow.

We will be serving up dishes in three distinct categories: Meat, Fish, and Stews. We will of course offer a vegan option to those with a specific non-flesh diet.

January Menu - Hosted at: TBD

In our Meat Category, our menu is as follows:

  • Spiced Wolf Meat - A classic dish. 8 oz sirloin of the ideal Wolf cuts seasoned with a gracious level of mild spices to really give it that traditional taste. 2 Silver
  • Beer Basted Boar Ribs - A savory mountain lager/beer mop and wood-fired flavor, a dwarven favorite in any season. 3 Silver
  • Lean Venison - Marinated and buttered to ensure precise tender flavor. Served rare to well done. 4 Silver

In our Fish Category, we select only the ideal Fillets:

  • Fillet of Redgill - A booty bay favorite. Seasoned with Sea Salt, Butter, and Lemon for that fresh out of the water taste. 2 Silver
  • Fillet of Frenzy - Why settle for simple when you can enjoy a dangerously delicious bite out of this. A Silverpine legacy. 3 Silver
  • Bristle Whisker Catfish - Sliced thin and seasoned for that fresh Catch of the Day special. 4 Silver

Lastly in our Stew Category, we thought we’d bring back the memories:

  • Westfall Stew - Why settle for mudpies when this southern tradition of Goretust, Murloc, Vulture cuts. Spiced with Okra for that home on the prairie taste. 2 Silver
  • Redridge Goulash - Even the Orcs can’t say no to this classic. Another Catfish, Potato, and seasoned herbs tradition. Beware eating in close approximation to Gnolls. 3 Silver
  • Crocolisk Gumbo - A real treat for the lone hunter. Chunks of Crock meat served with Potatoes, and other herbs for that snapping chow. 4 Silver

We do offer a vegan vegitable mix medly for the vegetarian choice. Served with Goldthorn Tea.

Feel free to peruse the local drink menu while you wait:
Bottle of Dalaran Noir > Flagon of Dwarven Mead > Flask of Stormwind Tawny > Foote Tripel > Hearthglen Ambrosia > Ice Cold Milk > Jug of Badlands Bourbon > Lagrave Stout > Lordaeron Lambic > Melon Juice > Moonberry Juice > Morning Glory Dew > Refreshing Spring Water > Skin of Dwarven Stout > Sweet Nectar - Pricing varies.

Please note our menu is made accordingly and we do not accept deviations. If you want specifics or have allergies, you can always try some other low end dinner place.
