Hello, im a returning player and cant access my guild bank

Iv been trying to access the guild bank im the gm of the guild, but keeps saying i dont have permission. I tried reset my ui, but when i change the 3 file names adding old and reboot the game it keeps those files and adds 3 new ones with original file names. I dont have any addons currently and so im not sure what im suppose to do.

Any help would be appreciative.

If you just subscribed you will have to wait until the payment is confirmed, this fully unlocks the account and youll have bank access again. It can take up to 48 hours.

thanks, thats nice to know… i have access now…its like learning a whole new game in some aspects. i have a guild with a ton of content unlocked from 10 yrs ago…so id idnt want to lsoe it…lol
