Hello! I have completed Firelands on normal and heroic for Cataclysm raid several times as well as Ulduar for WOTLK raid and my character page on the WoW website has never updated giving me credit for these raids. I first beat them long, long ago (close to a year, maybe?) and have waited to see if/when it will update but it never has. I submitted a ticket and received a reply back from a Game Master who directed me to the bug report. Please let me know what needs to be done in order to fix this. Thank you in advance for your help!

The Armory is somewhat sluggish to update with in-game information. It’s been reported as a bug but hasn’t been fixed yet.
In the meanwhile, there is nothing a GM can do to force it.
