Hello, I am an vampire, and a pirate. I drink blood and sail the seas. If I find you in the open seas and you have blood? That’s a free meal for me!
Unfortunately me and my ghastly crew can’tsustain ourselves solely on sea fering vessels so we take to ports and docks and harness the blood, flesh, and treasure of small port towns.
But every now and again I am feeling particularly thirsty and so only a major settlement like stormwind will do. So many nameless guards no one will remember will become me and my undead crew’s snacks. Will innocents die? It’s possible but just stay away from my blood draining aura and you should be fine. Come close and I’ll assume you’re offering yourself to me.
The best part about cities like stormwind is not only does it have a dock so I can come into it from the sea but they attack me FIRST. Giving me clear justification to slaughter the guards in self defense. I could’ve been some innocent orc trader who is unaffiliated with the horde but hey they brought upt heir weapons and I brought out their delicious blood.
I do feel small amount of remorse of those who attempt to aid the unimportant nameless guard. Adventurers who could’ve made a name for themselves. But I think deep down they wanted to be a snack to a hot orc vampire. Why else would they sacrifice themselves like that. It’s not like they had a chance to defeat me. I’m already dead!
I hate to make this too real but I think you only even CAN have a moral obligation not to do something, if your life does not depend upon doing that thing.
So if people will get sick and die from being vegan they don’t have an obligation to be vegan.
The stormwind duck warders (I mean, dock workers) don’t have an obligation to leave you alone, because you’ll kill them. They, also, are allowed to hold their existence in some regard. But if you don’t drain 'em, you’ll die. There’s such a thing as a legitimate struggle. Nobody has to be evil.
so are you a pirate vampire or a vampire pirate. One is a pirate who turned into a vampire, the other is a vampire who made the conscious decision to become a pirate.
Eh, Just the guards. The guards signed up to die. I’ll leave the dock workers alone if they leave me alone.
Forsaken are a faction of undead of various races. Primarily human and elves but there is of course other races like gnomes, and orcs and such.
Any liberated undead is welcome in the forsaken.
The second one. I wasn’t a pirate in life. I was a simple dock worker myself. Little more than a peon. I ended up working for the horrid goblins of Ratchet…
