Um ever since the update I can’t seem to go any higher than 30 fps. I mean yeah I’m playing on a Macbook but I was consistently at 66 FPS before now all of a sudden 30 fps lock? What’s up?
edit: okay i think its good i dunno what the poo was up.
edit again: no, the update broke the game. addons are breaking fps and even with just ElvUI enabled it gives errors and you can’t close the error window
Probably some vsync issue or max foreground/background fps limit issue.

Ahh, that will do it as well. You should disable all of them and slowly enable them one by one till you figure out which one is causing the problems. It’s a new patch, so it might take some time for them to get updated.

Addons are the responsibility of the individual developers. I recommend reaching out to the authors of the ones you use to check for news on incompatibilities.

Yeah I know it was just weird that directly after installing a WoW update my framerate seemed to be hard capped at 30 fps whether I was in Dornogal or in a open meadow with nothing happening. It was an addon issue though
This is not the slightest bit weird. The interaction with frame rate only seems weird if you lack understanding of how addons can affect the engine.
