Hellfire fortifications impossible because of no alliance

I have been trying to earn marks of thrallmar and now im stuck. I have spent three days farming boars at the hellfire peninsula waiting to capture the points, but no alliance are there to capture them… Why dont they reset to neutral after 6 hours of no one doing anything?>

Kinda hard to cap when you get ganked constantly.
