Me and my friend were going for the infernal direwolf mount but some of the bosses in the raid are bugged. Gorefiend wouldn’t suck either of us in so we decided to let the boss kill one of us. Even after that happens, we weren’t sucked in to be able to summon the soul crone. We progressed further into the raid without the gorefiend achievement figuring we’d just get it the next week. We get to Socrethar the eternal. My friend gets into the machine. The machine dies and my friend gets kicked out of it and then the fight gets completely bugged. a one health unkillable machine is aggrod to us while the soul is untargetable. No way to reset the fight either.
You would need to file a bug report if you feel it is bugged. QA doesn’t take bug reports from the Customer Support forum and the SFAs here are not liaisons with them.

The gorefiend fight is still bugged. Will not suck you in, no matter how long you wait.
The fight is now designed to be soloed. It goes all wonky and Gorefiend despawns if there is no tank present. However, one player can solo it while the other waits at the entrance to the path to it, and they will both get credit. It is not necessary to get sucked inside to get the kill achievement. But if you want Get in My Belly, you need to do it on heroic. That achievement is bugged in mythic.
Skip the machine on Socrethar. Just kill it, then kill Socrethar. The construct is not necessary.
