So I know everything said guaranteed shards from first ten chests you open but I only got it twice. Then after that it was nothing but junk, and now Im’ not even getting vendor trash. I open a chest and it just disappears into the twisting nether…What the hell?

Similar issue here too. I was noticing nothing in the chests on my main. Swapped to an alt and did the event outside of Dom. Only got a few chests and none of them contained any shards. Well within the cap of ten chests guaranteeing shards.
