If i accidently lost or deleted my heirloom, is there anyway to get it back without having to buy another one?

as of tomorrow after reset heirlooms will go to a collection tab and you will be able to spawn/add them as required on each toon no need to buy them or send them to another toon. buy once then can be made across all toons. so if you delete it you can just remake it. like a toy
