Heirlooms still do not provide any secondary stats

Crit, hit, haste, and resilience are not applied to your character when wearing the heirlooms.

I have tested with a rogue with multiple weapons, unequipping the haste trinket has the same attack speed as with 2 haste trinkets equipped, as well as unequipping anything that has +crit only does not change my %crit.

They all display 0 for the rating, including resilience, and no benefit is added when testing on multiple mobs.

Update: looks like certain levels makes secondary stats have no effect for whatever reason

Another update, logging in and out fixes it and so does hearthing, not sure if entering a bg or an instance fixes the issue but will update if it does fixes the issue.

Currently Heirlooms do not function on Maladath properly in the open world specifically, the main line stats like stamina function but the secondary stats such as Hit or Haste do not. Leveling up (from 21-23) did not fix this, exiting the game and logging back in, removing heirlooms then exiting the game before logging back in and re-equipping, and other assorted shenanigans did not fix their functionality either. This includes the Bloodied Arcanite Reaper, both Stained Shadowcraft, and 2 separate Swift Hand of Justice trinkets.

However they work as intended inside instanced locations, like Stockades for example. Heirlooms were functioning yesterday late evening (EST) but for some reason are no longer working today.

I know it will be a struggle on old servers (hell it’s a struggle on Maldath outside of prime time and we’re FRRESSHHH) but if you can grind dungeons your heirlooms SHOULD function as normal.

Confirm.
Secondary stat are not applied to your character.
Tested on my Priest liv 1-12 and my dk 70-80
Shoulder, Chest, Trinkets and Weapons.

I’m moderately spooked, every very late evening in EST heirlooms begin to function normally and then when you check later it’s back to not functioning again. The game is gas lighting me now on heirlooms of all things.
