For the life of me, I cannot remember how heirlooms were obtained in Cata? Were they still available through the Wrath dailies and such? I’ve tried to find some info but all the guides I saw were how to get them through questing.
There are all the ones available in wrath and some that come from guild achievements.
From memory I think we get:
Hat
Pants
Cloak
Gloves
and some new weapons though it has been several years.

All current looms remain 1-80. You keep them.
All new ones:
are obtained via guild perks unlocks and cost gold.
But there is a chance i’m wrong.

from what i’m seeing the heirloom pants come from a guild achievement from MoP and not during Cataclysm.
the capes and helmets are from getting to guild level 10 and 20. there is also a ring added for winning the fishing derby.
there are also no glove heirloom pieces at all

I knew I was wrong with at least one of the things I listed, thank you. Honestly since they became totally useless in retail I stopped even remembering them.
aight, so I am wrong a lot here lmao. I thought gloves and hat did pop up at some point though.
