The heirloom vendors in Org and Ironforge do not have rings or helms. The Heirloom tab says that I should be able to get all of the heirlooms from these vendors but they aren’t there. I am aware that the rings used to come from the WoD command table, but there is wrong information somewhere if that is still the case. Regardless, the helms aren’t where they are supposed to be.

The helms are only available from the guild vendor (Org/SW), not the usual heirloom vendor (UC/IF). I think you need to be a certain rep with your guild to even see them on the vendor. The legs are rep-based too, but the guild also needs to have done an achievement to unlock them. Unless the bug is just that it shows the wrong vendor on the tooltip.

ya the Heirloom tab says the source is Estelle Gendry (Horde) and Krom Stoutarm (Alliance). Those aren’t the guild vendors.
Im having the same issue I been looking for weeks to get the ring says you can buy it but she dont have it. No worries Im sure Blizzard will help us OOF

You have to obtain the rings from random garrison shipyard missions (3 Ghost Pirate rings) or winning the Booty Bay fishing contest (Dread Pirate ring). As the OP stated, it seems like the bug is that the tooltips as to where to obtain them seems to be the bug, not that the vendor doesn’t have them. So you’ll still need to obtain them via the intended sources.
