Hi, I am looking for a vendor who sells “BATTLE-HARDENED HEIRLOOM ARMOR CASING”, I have already visited the heirloom vendor in Undercity, and the Timewarp one in Orgrimmar, they don’t have it.
Any advice please? Thank you!
Did you talk to the dragon lady to turn back the time to the past for Undercity? I know I had issues with it once - also they moved the vendor in Org. She is now ontop of the front wall (57, 89 if you use coords.)

Yes she does. She’s over the front gate of Orgrimmar. Far left hand side.
Btw, she’s not a “timewarped” npc. She’s the same npc from the Undercity. I forgot her name.
there is a npc outside undercity. she has an option to take you back in time before bfa.
How come wenne i fly ontop of the front wall, theres no one there?
Hmm this makes me wonder if you’re in the middle of a BfA scenario? I know that can interfere to the point where you need to complete it to see the vendor/NPCs.

I can’t find the NPC outside of Undercity.
It’s a phasing issue. If the vendor is not on top of the wall, then that means Undercity is currently in the non-destroyed state. You’ll have to head there and check the Rogue Quarter for the vendor (if memory serves me that is, been awhile since I’ve been in UC, I’m sure someone can correct me if I’m wrong on that matter)
I haven’t leveled a character through such low level zones in a long time. I know back in BfA that the Undercity event wouldn’t happen until you were ready to start BfA content, but I honestly have no clue how that works now as BfA is the default leveling experience, not to mention the fact that so many people just seem to wander off into non-Chromie Time content despite the massive handholding/railroading that is suppose to put you directly into those areas. As a result, I would have to imagine Blizzard saw people wandering into non-BfA content as a possibility and left UC intact as the default state, especially since anyone that has finished Exile’s Reach at least once gets a choice between ER or the classic starting zone for their chosen race on all future characters.
Anyway, Zidormi is eventually to the northeast of the Undercity gate once you progress to a point where you can swap between the two versions of Tirisfal Glades. Talk to her and have it swapped to the present day/destroyed state if you want the NPCs on top of the gate in Orgrimmar.
Also, in the future, be aware of Wowhead. Might be much quicker to look up the item on there as opposed to ask the question here and get a ton of conflicting information (especially since we’re dealing with an NPC that moves depending on the phasing status of a particular zone)
You seem to be phased. Check your quest log for any unfinished quests relating to the area.
I played “The Battle for Lordaeron” Campaign, and now the NPC’s are there. By the way I haven’t finished the campaign yet, but that doesn’t seem to matter

I dunno why they puts the heirloom vendahs in such a weird ways. They should just plaster thems in Orgrimmah and Stormwinds.
Alsos ya now cursed to see Forsaken refugees ‘round Orgrimmah for the rest of ya days. A hidden side effect of completin’ that campaign.
