Not sure what’s going on but my Discerning Eye of the Beast trinkets are not upgrading. They say 1/5 upgrade level, Item Level 94 with +14 Intel and won’t go up further. When I use ‘Raidbots’ and ‘Ask Mr. Robot’ to see my best gear, both show the trinkets as Item Level 163, +39 Intel and 1/5 upgrade level. Can anyone tell me what’s going on? Thank you!

They aren’t upgrading when you apply the upgrade item to them?

I didn’t know I had to apply an upgrade item. When I search the topic it just said I needed to right-click on it. I thought I had to go somewhere to upgrade them but I can’t find anything on that. I’m so confused.
If you already have the upgrade token, open up the “heirlooms” tab in the Collection window and move to the page with the heirloom you want to upgrade. Then, right-click the upgrade token and select the heirloom in the collections window.
Side note: when you use the upgrade token, any heirlooms its eligible for will get a glowing outline on the Collections tab; if the one you want to upgrade isn’t glowing, its either at the wrong level or the wrong type of token.
Ugh! I didn’t know I need an upgrade token (duh)! How/where do I get that? Thanks so much for your help!
There’s a number of vendors for them but the main ones are Krom Stoutarm for Alliance and Estelle Gendry for Horde.
