Basically the title says it all.
I hvae the Polished Valor Breastplate and Polished Valor Spaulders available in my appearances tab, but the heirloom themselves are completely missing on my Cataclysm heirloom tab.
I submitted a ticket, and the GM said they were on my Retail account and I could mail them back to myself but that is not a thing. Not even sure why that was thought of?
I have checked every character to see if they are wearing them, and they arent, ive also checked the banks. Im wondering if this is something that can be fixed? Obviously I have had them some how…
