Heights and weights of races and some NPC's

I’m wondering what the approximate height and weight is for the different races.

What about the approximate standing height, length, and weight of a full dragon like Alexstrasza, etc.

What size pants do Pandaren wear?

What shoe size do Trolls wear?

Also, who knows if we are getting more piggeh mounts?

Dragons are something like 20 tons.
But in fantasy we can beat them up.

Draenei females are about 7 feet tall and weigh about 260 pounds.

So Gnomes are about 3-feet tall and around 45 lbs, while Tauren are over 8-feet tall and more than 600 lbs.

600 lb cows sound about right.
