Heating Up and Hot Streak visual missing

Hi. I noticed that when I returned for Legion, the Heating Up and Hot Streak visuals no longer show up on my screen. They look like at the link below: they start out small at Heating up, pulsing in size from big to small. Then at Hot Streak, they have the same animation, but are bigger.

I’m new at fire mage and have been reading up on hot streak and heating up. It’s confusing. The visual would be a great help!
Were you able to find an add-on that shows the visual?

You can find the setting to enable and set the opacity of the spell alerts at Esc Menu > Interface > Combat, bottom left corner
