Bump. Blizzard, since you still weren’t able to fix this with 9.0.5 how about just remove this toy from the requirement for the meta?

Just checked again myself after deleting cache, Hearty Dragon Plume is detected and on minimap, but not on the branch since another character of mine looted it.
Bumping this topic again because the issue is still unresolved MONTHS later. A response would be nice on when this might be fixed.
