Hearthstone is a fantastic game! Besides being fun, Hearthstone is making some strides in expanding the canon Warcraft universe. We need more Hearthstone based characters, mounts, pets and transmog in WoW. See below for suggestions.

No.
Only thing I’d say is update Gadgetzan. Noggenfogger dude is supposed to be super rich by now and supposed to have spruced up the place pretty nicely, but we dont see it in game.
Hearthstone did touch on it a little though.
It would be a ton of work to make Gadgetzan look like it does in Hearthstone’s lore. It’s basically just a handful of huts in WoW, but it’s an entire city in HS. It would be very cool to see, but they’d definitely need a justification to do it…like a big chunk of story/gameplay taking place there.

Gadgetzan is referenced as a big city in some of the Warcraft books as well. It would be nice to see a sprawling Gobllin city!
Honestly, I think I prefer hearthstone to not touch on WoW lore. Let it be it’s own standalone thing.

They have already brought the explorer’s league members from Hearthstone. I don’t suspect it’ll be difficult to see other familiar characters.
There’s even Overwatch sorta.

Gives more freedom for a card game to be a card game.
Also it is bad enough WoW lore enolves novels for it’s story as it is.

Already happening: the female Human Paladin from the Battlegrounds mode is in Dragonflight and the Ethereal villain from past expansions was datamined in the alpha/beta, not to mention the Explorer’s League characters like Sir Finley Mrrgglton.

How would these be any different from World of Warcraft versions since both games draw from the same universe?
World of Warcraft was supposed to be the more mature of the two with Hearthstone being light and happy. Now, the feel has merged and both of them are all about happiness and rainbows. I think having more Hearthstone characters would be fun but I just want WoW to return to the original more mature stories like we had in Legion and MoP.
I would like Magic The Gathering in WoW so I could meme the Hearthstone players.

Back in BFA, during battle for dazar’alor, hearthstone had a overall troll themed set in gurrubashi. It actually made me sad, because the flavor of that card set was a better representation of trolls than the rewards in the raid for me.
In particular, each HS class had a representative loa! In retail we didn’t have class sets, just armor sets that were death related. I’d be overjoyed if blizzard used the trading post to release some loa related ensembles based off those HS cards!
Stuff like disciple of (Loa) would be super flavorful!
