This is the second time this has happened and no response for my ticket I created. I would like to know if anyone else is having this issue. On our 10 man Malygos (Eye of Eternity) I died during the encounter and was unable to loot the Heart of Malygos for the quest, and yes I do have the key which I used to start the boss encounter. No idea what to do at this point, this is the 2nd week it’s happened and no response from a GM or any support member.
You’re supposed to be able to be on a drake if you come back in after you die, that’s a bit buggy.
But the easy answer is… just don’t die next time? It’s really hard to die on maly 10 man (or even 25 man) so idk how you managed 2 weeks in a row, that’s gotta be a record.
